We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help.
What can be returned
- Unopened, unused products in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
- Products that arrive damaged, leaking or wrong — tell us within 48 hours with a photo.
What cannot be returned
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
- Gift cards and items marked as non-returnable.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number.
- We arrange a pickup or tell you where to send the item.
- Once checked, we refund to your original payment method or as store credit within 7 working days.
