By using the Nepal Kart website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in Nepalese Rupees and include VAT.
- An order is confirmed when we accept it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error; any payment made is refunded in full.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when you receive your parcel.
- QR payment: pay the exact amount and enter the payment ID. Orders are dispatched after we verify the payment. Unpaid QR orders are cancelled automatically.

Returns

Accounts
Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new orders.
